Sokra is hiring Founding Engineer #1 — Full-Stack · AI/ML

50+ schools are already testing our product. Major publishers are reaching out. We're EXIST-backed and preparing our angel round. Now we're looking for the first engineer to join our founding team in Berlin. This isn't a job. It's an invitation.

You won't be employee #12 filling tickets. You'll be the fourth person at the table — with real equity (0.5–2%, 4-year vesting), real decision-making power, and code that ships to real classrooms every week. What makes Sokra different:

Strong full-stack skills (TypeScript/React/Next.js + Python)

Hands-on experience or deep interest in AI/LLMs and RAG architectures
