Frontend Software Developer – Vue.js / TypeScript (m/f/d)

We're partnering with an established technology organisation looking for a Frontend Software Developer to join its engineering team in Munich.

This is a hands-on product development role working across Vue.js, TypeScript and modern frontend technologies, with ownership of features from initial concept through to production.

You'll work closely with product, design and backend engineering teams while helping shape frontend architecture, improve user experience and introduce new technologies and AI-assisted development tools.

💻 What You'll Be Doing

• Build and develop modern web applications using Vue.js and TypeScript
• Take ownership of frontend features from initial idea through to deployment
• Develop responsive, high-performance user experiences
• Contribute to frontend architecture and technical decisions
• Work closely with product, UX/design and backend engineering teams
• Improve application performance, stability and maintainability
• Write clean, reusable and well-tested frontend code
• Identify opportunities to improve and refactor existing applications
• Build and maintain automated frontend and end-to-end tests
• Use AI-assisted development tools and coding agents within engineering workflows

✅ What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial frontend development experience
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript knowledge
• Commercial experience with Vue.js, React or Svelte
• Experience building modern, complex web applications
• Good understanding of frontend architecture and clean code principles
• Strong understanding of responsive UI and web performance
• Experience working closely with product and design teams
• Comfortable taking ownership and contributing to technical decisions
• Degree, vocational training or equivalent technical background
• German language skills at B2 level or above

• Experience with Vue 3 and Nuxt
• Experience with Vitest or Playwright
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD
• Experience with monitoring and frontend performance tooling
• Experience using AI coding agents or LLM-powered development tools
