We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Stack Developer (m/w/d) Unity3D to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. This role is based entirely on-site and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our innovative product configurator. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing both frontend and backend solutions, creating intuitive user interfaces, and enhancing existing systems. Your work will directly impact the functionality and user experience of our Unity3D-based configurator, enabling customers to customize and visualize solutions effectively. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to deliver high-quality features that meet business objectives and customer needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field, or have completed an apprenticeship with substantial experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Python is essential, with additional knowledge of 3D data processing using Blender and Unity3D being highly advantageous.
Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and familiarity with databases such as MySQL and NoSQL are desirable. Strong analytical skills, a self-driven work ethic, and the ability to work independently are crucial. A team-oriented mindset, reliability, and excellent communication skills are also required to thrive in our collaborative environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the frontend and backend components of our Unity3D product configurator. You will conceive and implement new features, ensuring seamless integration within the existing system architecture. The role involves designing clear and user-friendly interfaces in Unity3D and HTML, optimizing 3D data (.fbx files) for integration into the game engine, and continuously improving system performance. Additionally, you will work on enhancing existing interfaces, ensuring data consistency, and supporting the development of scalable solutions. Collaboration with team members to identify technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver innovative features will be integral to your role.
