This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Creatio) in Germany.
This role is focused on building and enhancing enterprise-grade CRM solutions based on the Creatio platform, combining backend and frontend development in a highly integrated environment. You will work on end-to-end feature delivery, from business logic implementation in C# to UI development using TypeScript and Angular. The position involves designing scalable customizations, integrating external systems, and ensuring the stability and performance of complex CRM workflows.
You will collaborate closely with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. The role offers exposure to modern enterprise architecture patterns, API-driven integrations, and full lifecycle product development. It is ideal for a developer who enjoys working across the full stack in a structured yet innovation-driven engineering environment.
Accountabilities
- Develop and customize a B2B CRM platform based on the Creatio ecosystem, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Implement backend business logic using C# while leveraging Creatio platform capabilities and architecture.
- Build frontend features using TypeScript and Angular (Freedom UI), ensuring responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Configure and extend Creatio objects, business processes, and UI components to meet evolving business needs.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, including data mapping and error handling.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom Creatio packages and ensure system consistency across modules.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all integrated systems and workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation and support deployment and release processes.
- Debug and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and integration layers.
- Strong experience with C#, object-oriented programming, and SOLID principles.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript and Angular (version 18 or close equivalents).
- Solid understanding of frontend and backend architecture and client-server interactions.
- Practical experience developing on the Creatio platform, including objects, processes, business logic, and packages.
- Experience delivering end-to-end features across full-stack environments.
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, including integration design, data mapping, and error handling.
- Understanding of clean code principles, layered architecture, and refactoring best practices.
- Experience working with relational databases such as MS SQL or PostgreSQL.
- Ability to debug complex issues across multiple application layers.
- Nice to have: experience with CI/CD pipelines, Freedom UI customization, complex API integrations, and telecom or B2B CRM environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
