Full Stack Developer | Frontend Developer | Backend Developer

Role Description The Full Stack Developer / Frontend Developer / Backend Developer designs, builds, and maintains web applications and services. Depending on the assigned specialization, the role involves developing user interfaces, implementing server-side logic and APIs, or delivering features across both frontend and backend systems.

The successful candidate will collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to translate requirements into reliable, secure, and maintainable software. This position also tests and reviews code, investigates issues, improves application performance, and supports deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in full stack, frontend, or backend development, depending on the assigned specialization.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, software design, and debugging.
• For frontend positions, proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and a framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• For frontend positions, experience with responsive design, accessibility, browser compatibility, and UI performance.
• For backend positions, proficiency in a language such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or Go and relevant server-side frameworks.
• For backend positions, experience with API design, databases, authentication, authorization, and server-side performance.
• For full stack positions, ability to develop and integrate frontend interfaces, backend services, and databases.
• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases, version control, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Understanding of secure coding practices, error handling, and application monitoring.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• A portfolio of relevant applications or open-source contributions is an advantage.
