About The Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our Multibanking Team at Haufe Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our cloud-based multibanking platform, which handles a high volume of financial transactions securely and efficiently.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and agile coaches to deliver innovative solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. Your expertise will help shape the future of financial technology by integrating cutting-edge AI tools and maintaining scalable, reliable systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaborative development, and is eager to contribute to a product that impacts millions of users daily.

Qualifications The successful candidate will possess several years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a strong background in building complex software solutions within large organizations. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript is essential, alongside solid backend skills with Spring Boot (Java) and relational databases like PostgreSQL.

Experience working with cloud environments, particularly AWS services such as EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, and Lambda, is highly desirable. Familiarity with microservices architecture and deploying scalable applications in the cloud will be advantageous. Candidates should have a good understanding of integrating AI tools into development workflows and possess practical experience in building AI applications.

A commitment to writing clean, maintainable code through Test Driven Development and agile methodologies is expected. Fluency in German at C2 level is required for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities As a Full-Stack Developer in our Multibanking Team, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-based web application, covering both frontend and backend components. You will actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept and architecture design to deployment and ongoing improvement.

Collaborating with product owners and UX/UI designers, you will ensure that user needs are seamlessly integrated into the platform, providing an intuitive and efficient user experience. You will leverage AI tools to enhance functionality and operational efficiency, continuously seeking innovative ways to improve the platform. Ensuring system stability, security, and scalability in a high-volume environment will be a key aspect of your role.

Additionally, you will have the autonomy to select appropriate tools and methodologies, engaging in open dialogue with team members to foster experimentation and continuous learning. Your proactive approach will help balance rapid feature delivery with maintaining high standards of code quality and system reliability.
