Full Stack Engineer (Agentic AI)
Salary: up to €80,000 depending on experience
Location: Remote (Germany)
Level: Mid/Senior
You'll be a core full stack engineer building agentic products end-to-end. That means designing the agent architecture, wiring up the tool layer, building the interfaces, and owning the infra that keeps it all running. You'll work across the stack with a small, senior team where the bar is high, and the loop from idea to production is short.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Hands-on agentic development experience at a high-performance scaleup
- Experience operating in an environment where things move fast, decisions are made with incomplete information
- Full stack range. You're comfortable across the layers — frontend, backend, and infra
Tech stack:
- Frontend: React
- Backend: Python
- Infra: AWS, Docker, Terraform

- Fully remote, but you must be based in Malta
- Salary up to €80,000 depending on experience
- Mid-going-on-Senior level — typically 4–7 years of engineering experience
