Full-Stack Engineer (Go/React) in Germany

BoWatt is building AI software for manufacturing complex hardware products — think machines, planes, cars, medical devices or electronics. We are a profitable and bootstrapped startup headquartered in Munich with team members across Germany and the UK. Today, we’re already saving customers millions, including Bosch, MULTIVAC and BBS Automation.

You’ll be joining a small but exceptional team of startup enthusiasts. Over half of our team are ex-startup founders — founding deep tech, AI, psychedelics and gaming companies. We have also studied and worked at the world’s top technical institutions like Stanford, TUM, Google, EA Games and YC startups.

The role

• You will build and ship features across our React / TypeScript frontend and Go backend, including with AI tools such as LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• You will own work end to end, collaborate closely with the team (product, engineering and customer success) and continuously improve our stack.

You

• Have shipped production code end-to-end across backend and frontend for at least 2 years.
• Have experience with a statically typed language like Go, TypeScript, Java or C# and web technologies like React.
• Are based in Germany and have to right to work here.
