We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Fullstack Java Developer (m/w/d) with a focus on Java EE to join our Application Development Composite Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and maintenance of applications within an agile environment, primarily focusing on the composite sector. Your work will involve close collaboration with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Experience with Cobol, SQL, or Mainframe technologies is advantageous but not mandatory. The candidate should demonstrate high reliability, excellent communication skills, and a strong team-oriented mindset. Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level is essential for effective collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
Your primary responsibilities will include the autonomous development and ongoing maintenance of applications within an agile framework, with a particular focus on the composite sector. You will work closely with Product Owners to understand and interpret business requirements, translating them into user stories and technical specifications. Collaboration with Fachbereiche (specialist departments) to ensure optimal implementation of requirements is crucial.
