The Role

End-to-end development of modular WMS & ERP systems
Implement modern RESTful APIs, microservices, and web frontends
Integrate AI concepts, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI-Agents, into software solutions for sustainable, intelligent, and scalable products
Collaborate directly with users and departments to deliver relevant, practical solutions
Utilize AI-native development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code for enhanced workflows

What You'll Need

A degree in (Business) Informatics or an IT apprenticeship is beneficial
Proficiency with Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and JUnit for backend development
Solid experience in REST-based, distributed systems
Ideally, experience with a frontend framework (Angular or React)
Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other RDBMS; Kotlin or other JVM languages are a plus
Experience in enterprise software development or logistics processes
Strong product thinking with a focus on sustainable, user-centered software solutions
