Full Stack Software Engineer – 20% Equity | Early-Stage Software Agency

We are building a high-performance software agency focused on delivering scalable, AI-powered solutions for global clients. This is a 0→1 opportunity to join as a core builder and shape the product, systems, and technical direction from the ground up.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who can take ideas from concept to production. You will be responsible for building, shipping, and scaling products across the entire stack.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy full stack web applications
Build scalable frontend and backend systems
Work with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
Collaborate on product architecture and technical decisions
Optimize performance, security, and reliability
Take ownership of features from idea to deployment

Tech Stack (Flexible but Preferred)

Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
Backend: Node.js, Python (FastAPI / Django)
Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Tools: Git, Docker, REST APIs
Cloud: AWS / Vercel / Firebase

Requirements

Strong full stack development skills
Ability to build and ship products independently
Solid understanding of modern web frameworks
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice to Have

Experience with AI/ML integrations
Experience building SaaS products
Familiarity with system design and scaling
Startup or 0→1 building experience

Compensation

20% equity (founding-level ownership)
No salary until cashflow is generated
