We are seeking a talented Lead Fullstack Web Developer (d/w/m) to join our Digital Health Solutions team in Duderstadt or Berlin, with the flexibility to work remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare technology by developing innovative software solutions that digitize processes and tools within the orthopedics field. Your primary focus will be on leading software projects from conception to deployment, utilizing the latest technologies to create modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.   • *Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Fullstack Web Developer or Lead Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
  • Expertise in modern web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Solid knowledge of backend development with technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java, and experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, code quality, and development standards.
  • Ability to lead technical teams, coordinate multiple projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of 3D/CAD functionalities and experience in developing product configurators or customer portals is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to adopting new technological trends.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Technical leadership of software projects, including defining architecture, selecting appropriate technologies, and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Development of modern web applications, including front-end interfaces and back-end systems tailored for orthopedics and healthcare environments.
  • Design and oversee software architecture, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Maintain high code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, UX/UI designers, development teams, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Analyze emerging technological trends and integrate innovative solutions to improve product offerings.
  • Ensure the software landscape remains modern, maintainable, and high-performing, supporting the company's growth and technological advancement.
