• *About The Role**

We are seeking a Fullstack Developer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team in Konstanz, Berlin, or remotely. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects that address societal challenges through innovative technology. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for developing features on both the frontend and backend, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Your role involves engaging with our clients to understand their technical needs, translating these into user stories, and actively participating in the entire development lifecycle—from conception to deployment. You will also play a vital role in automating and enhancing our build, test, and release processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Collaboration is at the core of your work, with regular code reviews and pair programming sessions to promote knowledge sharing and maintain code excellence.

• *Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification in computer science or a related field. You should have solid experience in application development using Java, particularly with modern frameworks like Spring Boot. An interest in artificial intelligence and a motivation to incorporate AI solutions into software projects is highly valued. Practical knowledge of modern, component-based JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, preferably with TypeScript, is essential. You must be comfortable working with HTML and CSS, including accessibility considerations.

Experience with unit and system testing tools like JUnit and Playwright is required. A passion for agile methodologies and a commitment to continuous learning about new technologies and trends are important. Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) is also necessary to effectively communicate within our team and with clients.
