What can we offer?

- Salary: up to 5000 EUR gross/month (Employment Contract) or 300 EUR net+VAT/h (B2B)
- Work mode: Hybrid in Frankfurt, Germany (up to 3 office days per week)
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Software Developer (mid-level)
- Strong expertise in Java backend development
- Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs
- Solid knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks
- Understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD, deployment, monitoring)
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software components for project deliverables (simulator backend, EAT testing tools, member portal)
- Implement features in Java and relevant frameworks technical specifications
- Build and enhance front-end functionalities for web-based portals
- Integrate databases and external services into the system architecture
- Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code
- Customize and configure existing tools/frameworks to meet client requirements
- Perform unit and integration testing for developed functionalities
- Contribute to automated testing and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs and performance issues
- Collaborate with senior developers and incorporate code review feedback
- Work in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban), participating in daily stand-ups and sprint activities
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Provide regular progress updates and ensure alignment with project timelines
- Maintain and update technical documentation (code, design, user guides)
- Support knowledge transfer to ensure maintainability of delivered solutions
