Head of Operations

Head of Operations – SaaS Startup – Berlin Hybrid – up to €90,000

We’re working with a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS business building the next generation of marketing and service technology for German SMEs. As the company continues to scale, they are looking for a Head of Operations to drive operational efficiency, build internal processes, and support the leadership team in scaling the business.

Overview:

• Take ownership of core operational processes across the business to support company growth
• Build and improve internal workflows, systems and operational infrastructure
• Track and monitor KPIs, performance metrics and operational dashboards
• Support financial planning, budgeting and operational reporting
• Work closely with founders and leadership on scaling internal operations and processes
• Coordinate with external partners such as tax advisors, banks and service providers
• Experience in operations, business operations, or strategy & operations roles
• Background in a SaaS, technology or startup environment is highly beneficial
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel / Google Sheets
• Mother tongue German and strong English
