This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a forward-thinking environment where technology plays a critical role in shaping the company's future. You will be involved in diverse projects, from deploying new cloud services to automating routine tasks, ensuring our IT landscape remains robust, secure, and efficient.
- *Qualifications**
Experience in IT support or system operation will be highly valued, along with knowledge of hybrid IT environments combining on-premises Active Directory with cloud-based services.
Additional qualifications include a strong interest in automation, process improvement, and structured IT operations. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph, and automation platforms such as Azure Logic Apps, PowerAutomate, and Azure Runbooks is advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate a structured, autonomous working style, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills in German and English, to effectively collaborate within an international team.
- *Responsibilities**
You will analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, develop sustainable solutions, and automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell. Building and refining our endpoint management system with tools like Intune and Autopilot will be part of your ongoing projects. Additionally, you will contribute to the planning and implementation of new IT tools, cloud services, and operational processes.
Documenting systems, processes, and solutions in our internal knowledge base will ensure knowledge sharing and continuity across teams.
