• *Responsibilities
• Work with stakeholders to develop a plan to perform Oracle cloud transformation
• Implementation of all technology components as well as processes.
• Agile scrum Master with development and database technology experience.
• Oversee the implementation of the plan on behalf of stakeholders to time, quality and cost
• Implementation of Governance Structure utilizing consistent decision making processes
• Adherence to agreed schedule & timelines
• Delivery within cost & budget
• Management of risks & issues
• Identification of critical Dependencies
• Stakeholders engagement and expectations management
• Resources Management and timekeeping

• *Must have
• 10 yrs+ experience in Project Management of both development and infrastructure projects
• Relevant experience in managing Oracle database security projects
• Knowledge of CyberArk technologies, Oracle DAM, Oracle databases technologies and Oracle Enterprise manager environments
• Demonstrable track record of delivering similar projects applying a methodology such as Prince2 or PMBOK
• Banking experience
• Excellent team leader, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization
• Extensive analytical skills, flexibility regarding problem solving
• Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Strong conflict management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English, German is a plus
• *Nice to have skills
• Perl 5 experience.
• Code conversion experience (i.e. Perl / Python).
• Reverse Engineering experience.
• Oracle Applications experience (Oracle APEX).
• Experience and knowledge of Oracle RAC and Backup and Recovery techniques a big plus.
