About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale software solutions primarily utilizing Node.js and ReactJS.

You will play a critical role in shaping our platform's architecture, ensuring high-quality code, and implementing best practices across all stages of development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend and frontend development, with a focus on creating secure, scalable, and efficient systems. You will also serve as a mentor and advisor to less experienced engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with TypeScript.
• At least 4 years of experience with Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AI Agentic systems and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.
• Strong understanding of designing distributed and secure systems.
• Proficiency in frontend development, with a good grasp of ReactJS.
• Solid experience with microservices architecture.
• Proven track record in designing, building, and maintaining APIs, including REST and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and deployment pipelines.
• Extensive experience working with AWS cloud services.
• Good knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with at least an Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale software solutions and components using multiple technologies, with a primary focus on Node.js and ReactJS.
• Maintain a consistently high level of quality throughout all stages of the development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Communicate effectively within the team to collaborate closely on complex tasks, ensuring full understanding of project requirements and goals.
• Adhere to best engineering practices, as well as company and client guidelines, to ensure robust and maintainable codebases.
• Play supervisory, advisory, and coaching roles for less-experienced engineers, fostering a knowledge-sharing environment.
• Promote clean code, design patterns, and software development principles to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology stack.
• Implement and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance distributed systems.
• Design, build, and optimize APIs for internal and external consumption, ensuring they meet performance and security standards.
• Integrate AI Agentic systems and MCP protocols to enhance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure system reliability on AWS cloud infrastructure.
