Lead Software Developer

The Role

• Lead a dynamic software development team in an agile environment
• Develop innovative technical concepts and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Conduct architecture and code reviews, providing constructive feedback
• Proactively identify vulnerabilities and develop solutions to enhance system performance
• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders
• Foster and develop team members' skills, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance

What You'll Need

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a leadership role within software development, preferably in an agile environment
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
• High level of commitment, creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong willingness to learn
• Extensive technical and methodological expertise, reflected in a solution-oriented approach
