💻 What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop and maintain modern applications using C# and .NET
- Lead technical design and contribute across the full software development lifecycle
- Drive software architecture and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Review designs, estimate work and support project planning
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
- Contribute to technical strategy and solution design
- Stay up to date with modern development approaches and emerging technologies
✅ What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of commercial software development experience
- Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles
- Experience with modern application development practices
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as Angular, React or JavaScript
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working across the full software development lifecycle
- Fluent English communication skills
