Lead and develop an agile software development team within the Meta product area, fostering an environment of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from planning to release, continuously improving agile processes to ensure predictable releases and high software quality.
Act as a technical sparring partner for the team, supporting sound architectural and technology decisions for scalable, maintainable, and future-proof software solutions using C#/.NET and Angular.
Drive the strategic adoption of modern AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation.
Collaborate closely with product management, software architecture, and leadership to align technological excellence with product strategy and customer requirements.

Proven success in leading and developing software engineering teams, with a strong ability to mentor and grow talent.
A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, combined with a strong commitment to quality and analytical excellence.
Solid practical experience in developing and architecting modern software solutions using C#/.NET and Angular, with a good understanding of professional software architectures.
Deep knowledge of modern Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, CI/CD, automated testing, version control, and release processes, including practical experience with AI-assisted development tools.
Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, a high degree of initiative and teamwork, and fluent German and English proficiency.
