About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at ESolutions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring that quality standards and scope expectations are consistently met. You will contribute to the technical design and architecture of our systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and partner technology groups to develop innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of .NET technologies, strong programming skills, and experience in designing scalable, microservice-based architectures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with .NET/.NET Core frameworks and a solid understanding of object-oriented principles.
• Extensive experience in developing ASP.NET Core Web APIs and implementing RESTful API techniques.
• Proficiency in C# programming language.
• Strong knowledge of multi-threading and asynchronous programming models.
• Hands-on experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker.
• Background in designing and building service-oriented or microservice architectures.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks like Nunit, Moq, or Cucumber.
• Familiarity with middleware messaging services such as RabbitMQ, TIBCO, or SignalR.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools like Git and TeamCity.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and software lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of software delivery processes, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and scope requirements.
• Contribute to and own the technical design of systems, ensuring comprehensive documentation of architecture and components.
• Collaborate effectively with partner technology teams to align on technical strategies and implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain scalable APIs and microservices, ensuring robustness and performance.
• Implement multi-threaded and asynchronous programming techniques to optimize application performance.
• Design, develop, and optimize database schemas and queries for SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Utilize containerization tools like Docker to streamline deployment and environment consistency.
• Implement automated testing protocols to ensure code quality and facilitate continuous integration.
• Work with middleware messaging services to enable reliable communication between distributed systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and continuously improve development workflows.
