• *Job Description
• *Key Responsibilities:
• Execute site selection and expansion for Automotive Delivery Centers in alignment with the company’s strategic development plans.
• Leverage extensive experience in automotive retail site selection, with a particular focus on 4S dealership location sourcing and project resource management.
• Manage the full lifecycle of establishing delivery centers, including site planning, project feasibility evaluation, lease contract negotiations, facility construction, and operational setup.
• Demonstrate high efficiency in managing multiple project preparations simultaneously, with strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Thrive in a rigorous and disciplined working environment while maintaining high levels of diligence and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
• *Job Requirements:
• With 3–5 years of experience in retail store expansion; prior experience in site selection for automotive delivery centers is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the site selection logic for automotive delivery centers, with a proven track record of sourcing over a dozen locations across the European market.
• Possess a robust network of project resources for 4S dealerships or delivery centers; basic professional knowledge in construction engineering and legal compliance is required.
• Expertise in commercial negotiations and mastery of advanced negotiation techniques.
• Proficiency in using professional office and project engineering software.
• Full professional proficiency in English or German as a working language.
