About The Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to join our team in a pivotal role that bridges development and operational excellence. As part of our agile project teams, you will be responsible for guiding clients from initial development phases through deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Your expertise will contribute to creating sustainable, scalable, and secure open source solutions that have a meaningful impact on our clients' digital sovereignty. Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development, ideally with a focus on open source technologies.
• Strong understanding of secure communication protocols and digital security best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document technical processes and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues promptly and effectively.
