The Role
- Design and implement secure Linux-based platform infrastructures
- Develop and maintain the operating system architecture for various product platforms
- Create and maintain system concepts, including interface management
- Develop and integrate product features and software components within the platform architecture
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies for platform infrastructure development
- Coordinate technical dependencies and system integrations with development teams and systems engineering
What You'll Need
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable technical field
- Strong knowledge in developing and customizing Linux/Unix-based systems
- Experience with the Yocto/bitbake Embedded Linux Build-System
- Fluency in German
- Knowledge of C/C++ software development (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with IT security in Linux environments (e.g., SELinux, AppArmor) (nice-to-have)
