The Role

• Standardizing process planning and procurement of operating resources, including specifications, inquiries, and purchase order approvals.
• Developing processes and planning the procurement and commissioning of operating resources for national and international projects.
• Ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and costs across all projects.
• Managing projects during the ramp-up phase globally and technically directing process development and commissioning.
• Monitoring market and competition, steering internal process developments, and implementing optimization measures.
• Planning and developing systems and fixtures, including preliminary system concepts.

What You'll Need

• Completed engineering degree, master craftsman, technician, or comparable qualification.
• Experience within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of tooling and plant technology for plastics processing.
• Proficiency in project management and quality management.
• Strong communication skills and an independent, structured work approach.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
• Fluent in German and English.
