About the Role

• AI is a mission-critical capability transforming the entire company
• Focus on embedding AI across Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Back Office
• Part of a transformation team enabling company-wide AI adoption
• High-impact role with strong ownership and visibility

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered products and systems
• Develop and orchestrate AI agents to solve business problems
• Build backend systems to validate and optimize AI outputs
• Work closely with teams to drive efficiency through AI

Requirements

• Strong experience in applied AI/ML engineering
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and AI agents
• Experience building scalable backend systems for AI
• Strong product mindset and ability to solve real business problems
