The Role
- Lead reconstruction projects for water and fire damage in the large loss department
- Conduct damage assessment, evaluation, and project handover
- Coordinate and schedule renovation workers and subcontractors
- Ensure high quality of work and client satisfaction
What You'll Need
- Completed vocational training in construction, engineering, or architecture, or comparable technical training
- Practical experience in construction management
- Basic knowledge of construction cost calculation
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset
- High mobility and willingness to travel
- Enjoyment of your work
