The Role

• Lead reconstruction projects for water and fire damage in the large loss department
• Conduct damage assessment, evaluation, and project handover
• Coordinate and schedule renovation workers and subcontractors
• Ensure high quality of work and client satisfaction

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in construction, engineering, or architecture, or comparable technical training
• Practical experience in construction management
• Basic knowledge of construction cost calculation
• Team player with a service-oriented mindset
• High mobility and willingness to travel
