The Role
- Lead damage restoration projects from initial assessment to completion and invoicing.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in architecture, insurance, and regulatory sectors nationwide.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company, clients, subcontractors, and other project participants.
- Meticulously document all project phases and ensure timely execution of construction projects.
- Manage client relationships, providing close consultation and support throughout project lifecycles.
What You'll Need
- A solid educational background in skilled trades or construction, or a technical degree.
- Several years of experience in damage restoration, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Strong communication, teamwork, technical, and business management skills.
- A high degree of travel readiness and a valid Class B driver's license.
