The Role
- Lead the restoration efforts for large-scale water and fire damage incidents.
- Conduct damage assessments, evaluations, and estimations.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of restoration technicians and subcontractors.
- Manage project timelines and ensure successful project completion and handover.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the restoration process.
What You'll Need
- Completed vocational training in construction, engineering, architecture, or a comparable technical field.
- Practical experience in construction management.
- Basic knowledge of construction cost estimation.
- Strong team player with a commitment to service excellence.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
