We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a leading global IT services organization that leverages digital innovation and AI-driven solutions to empower businesses worldwide. With a strong focus on SAP and a vast network of partners, this company is dedicated to continuous improvement and client success.

The Role

• Calculate and manage all aspects of project development, implementation, and risks.
• Oversee all project resources, including internal and client teams.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans according to industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with the PMO for tracking and controlling project activities and tasks.
• Mentor project members, educating and assisting them with project management processes.
• Anticipate project deviations, proactively developing corrective actions and identifying critical risks.

What You'll Need

• Detailed understanding of the SAP Activate Methodology.
• Good knowledge of SAP usage in project cycles.
• Ability to steer project members, build consensus, and make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and motivate teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and at least one additional language (preferably German).
