About Us
ZeroEx is scaling permanent carbon removal through enhanced rock weathering (ERW) projects in Germany, Brazil, and the United States. We license cutting-edge measurement tech that verifies every tonne sequestered, opening up the ERW industry to mining and agribusinesses ready to add an additional business model or decarbonize their core business.
If you are self-driven, independent, motivated by difficult challenges and deeply care about climate impact, you’ll feel at home here.
Preferred Skills
Optional
Sector Familiarity: Background knowledge of agricultural workflows, mining operations, or bulk material logistics, as you will be dealing heavily with physical supply chains.
Language Proficiency: Fluency or working proficiency in Portuguese to seamlessly support and coordinate our operations in Brazil.
Industry Experience: Previous professional experience working within climate tech, the carbon dioxide removal (CDR) sector, or carbon markets.
MRV Knowledge: A basic understanding of Measurement, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) processes, helping ensure our operational data supports the verification of every sequestered tonne.
About The Role
As our Project Manager, you are the operational engine connecting our scientific goals with on-the-ground execution. You will drive customer projects from the initial agreement through to successful field implementation. Rather than needing a deep scientific or academic background, your expertise in logistics, shipping, and hands-on project management will ensure that our measurement devices and materials get exactly where they need to be.
You will ensure that our operational workflows efficiently support our rigorous scientific standards.
What You'll Do
Operations & Project Execution: Take full ownership of customer projects, managing the end-to-end operational rollout directly from finalized customer agreements.
Logistics Management: Oversee complex supply chains and on-site logistics, focusing heavily on the reliable transport, shipping, and field deployment of measurement devices and bulk materials.
Team Coordination: Assign, schedule, and guide field teams, ensuring that our operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and precisely.
Bridging Science & Ops: Work closely with our science team to understand their measurement requirements and translate them into practical, executable operational workflows in the field.
Additional Responsibilities Will Include
Serving as the primary operational point of contact for customers, logistics providers, and partners during the project lifecycle.
Actively troubleshooting supply chain, shipping, or on-site logistical hurdles, and providing structured feedback to the scientific and engineering teams.
Continuously optimizing the physical deployment processes for our measurement tech and materials to support rapid scaling.
