About The Role We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining scalable backend systems using Python.

Your primary focus will be on building reliable APIs, services, and integrations that are critical to our platform's performance and stability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design robust architectures, improve existing systems, and implement new features that enhance our product offerings. A solid understanding of modern software architectures, including experience with Django, PostgreSQL, Docker, Grafana, and Linux, is essential.

The candidate should have a proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, with a focus on performance and scalability. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Git workflows is required to support efficient development cycles. Excellent communication skills in both German and English (minimum C1 level) are necessary to collaborate effectively within our international team.

Additionally, a strong sense of ownership, technical depth, and a desire to take responsibility for projects are highly valued.
