About The Role We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing scalable backend systems using Python, designing and implementing APIs, services, and integrations that are critical to our platform's reliability and performance.

Your work will directly influence the stability, efficiency, and user experience of our online recruiting solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the architecture and technical direction of our systems, ensuring they meet the demands of real-world applications. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess several years of professional experience in software development with Python, demonstrating a strong commitment to code quality, testing, and maintainability. You should have a solid understanding of backend development and modern architectural principles, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as Django, and familiarity with PostgreSQL, Docker, Grafana, and Linux environments.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Git-based workflows is essential. Additionally, you should exhibit ownership mentality, technical depth, and enthusiasm for taking responsibility. Fluency in both German and English at a minimum of C1 level is required for effective communication within our international team.
