Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Munich for a Research and Development Manager. The Research and Development Manager will oversee all R&D activities, including initiating and managing research projects, guiding innovations, and ensuring product development aligns with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the R&D team, managing project timelines and resources, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful implementation of ideas into market-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Research and Development (R&D) and expertise in conducting research
• Proven experience in Team Management and effective Team Leadership skills
• Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to drive innovation in product development and develop creative strategies
• Experience in the sports medicine, rehabilitation, or healthcare sector is a plus
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
