• *About The Role**

We are seeking a talented and motivated Cloud Native Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and automating cloud-native platform components within a Kubernetes-based infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on creating scalable, automated, and stable platform services that support both development and operational environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including platform, infrastructure, and development teams, to implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance our cloud ecosystem. Your expertise will contribute to building resilient, efficient, and innovative cloud platforms that meet the evolving needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.

• *Qualifications
• Successfully completed university degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification with relevant experience.
• Profound knowledge of cloud stack components, including compute, storage, and networking.
• Excellent expertise in container technologies, especially Kubernetes, and experience in developing cloud-native services.
• Proficiency in programming with Go, particularly in developing Kubernetes operators.
• Knowledge of Software Defined Networking concepts, such as Cilium or comparable solutions.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and repository management tools like GitHub or GitLab.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and visualization tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Instana.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Bash.
• Practical experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines within Kubernetes environments.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within Germany as needed, with the ability to work remotely.

• Design, develop, and automate cloud-native platform components within a Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
• Implement and continuously improve Kubernetes-based solutions to enhance platform stability and scalability.
• Create and maintain Kubernetes operators using Go to automate complex operational tasks.
• Build and optimize automation workflows and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.
• Integrate observability solutions for comprehensive monitoring, logging, and analysis of platform performance.
• Advance Software Defined Networking (SDN) concepts within the platform, ensuring flexible and secure network configurations.
• Collaborate closely with platform, infrastructure, and development teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Ensure the stability and automation of deployments, minimizing downtime and manual interventions.
• Maintain documentation and best practices for platform development and operation.
