Senior Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails & React)

Remote (Germany) | Optional offices: Berlin or Bochum

Revive Recruitment is partnered with a growing, product-led tech company in the e-commerce space, supporting their search for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a highly collaborative engineering team. This role is 100% remote within Germany, with optional access to modern offices in Berlin or Bochum.

This is a hands-on senior role with real technical ownership, mentoring responsibility, and the opportunity to shape scalable SaaS products used by thousands of end customers.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain full stack applications using Ruby on Rails and React

• Take ownership of features end-to-end, from concept through to production

• Design pragmatic, scalable architectures and drive refactoring where needed

• Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews, pairing and guidance

• Work closely with Product and Engineering leads on feasibility and delivery

• Improve testing, CI/CD workflows, and overall code quality

• Proactively identify and reduce technical debt

What you’ll have

• Strong full stack experience

• Commercial experience with Ruby on Rails and React in production environments

• Proven experience mentoring junior developers and taking technical ownership

• Background in product, SaaS, app development or agency environments

• Very good spoken German (C1)

• A pragmatic, communicative, and empathetic approach to teamwork
• A continuous learning mindset and comfort giving and receiving feedback
