• *About The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Government team at LiveEO. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in laying the technical foundation of a new product, guiding it from initial prototypes to a scalable, production-ready solution. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a zero-to-one project, combining prototyping, systems design, and integration engineering to create a high-impact tool tailored for confidentiality and security requirements. You will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end systems, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless interoperability and robust architecture. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong technical expertise, ownership, and a passion for building innovative geospatial solutions that leverage satellite data for meaningful applications.

• *Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Experience developing full stack applications, including backend services, APIs, and modern frontend interfaces.
• Proven ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on products, translating ambiguous requirements into functional solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing system integrations via APIs, data pipelines, and third-party services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, with a track record of deploying scalable services.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and pragmatic trade-offs in early-stage environments.
• Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated ownership and proactive approach to work, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with geospatial data handling and Earth observation technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, FastAPI) and data-intensive applications is advantageous.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration and data pipelines is beneficial.
• Prior experience in early-stage product development or zero-to-one environments is preferred.

• Design, develop, and iterate rapidly on prototypes, translating high-level requirements into functional systems.
• Establish and maintain integrations with internal platforms and external partners, ensuring reliable data exchange and interoperability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reuse and adapt existing components, aligning on architecture, APIs, and standards.
• Take ownership of early architectural decisions, including service boundaries, data models, and deployment patterns, balancing speed and maintainability.
• Iterate based on stakeholder feedback, evolving prototypes into more robust solutions, and identifying components suitable for production.
• Work closely with external partners to validate system interoperability in real-world environments.
• Establish best practices for prototyping, code quality, documentation, and lightweight testing to lay a foundation for future engineering efforts.
