The company is currently building a

• *new SaaS platform (B2B2C),**

a greenfield project designed to replace legacy systems with a modern, scalable solution that combines HR, workforce management, and employee self-service.

• *The Role:**

We are looking for a

• *Senior Fullstack Engineer (Go + React)**

to play a central role in the design and delivery of this next-generation platform. You will work hands-on across backend and frontend while also contributing to

• *architecture, system design, and engineering standards**

.

This is not just an implementation role. You will have the chance to

• *influence core technical decisions**

and mentor others.

• *Responsibilities
• Take technical ownership of complex subsystems end-to-end
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Shape decisions around
• *API design, architecture, and clean code
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX, and fellow engineers
• Mentor colleagues and drive best practices across the team
• Lead and contribute to internal technical discussions
• *What We’re Looking For
• 6+ years of experience**

as a Fullstack Engineer

• Strong hands-on skills in
• *Golang (backend)**

and

• *React (frontend)
• Experience with
• *API design, security standards, and modern architectures
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor peers
• German B2+
