We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fullstack Java Developer (m/w/d) with a focus on Java EE to join our Application Development team for the Komposit department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications within an agile environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement effective solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies, fostering an innovative and collaborative team culture. The ideal candidate will have a completed degree in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik or a comparable qualification, along with relevant professional experience in Java development. Experience working within agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban is essential, including familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
