Senior Project Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Plan, implement, and control complex large-scale IT projects for modern hospital information systems (HIS).
• Lead and manage interdisciplinary project teams, partners, and third-party providers, coordinating complex tasks and resources.
• Prepare steering committee meetings, manage risks and stakeholders, and create management reports and decision templates.
• Ensure smooth, transparent communication, professionally handle escalations, and develop strategic relationships with C-level clients.
• Monitor and manage financial aspects of large projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling within an enterprise context.

What You'll Need

• Several years of experience leading complex digitization and transformation projects in clinical environments, ideally within large hospital groups or corporations.
• Completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, health management, business informatics) or comparable qualification.
• Analytical, independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style, with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teams and customer interaction.
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills, both internally and with demanding C-level stakeholders.
• High willingness to travel and excellent communication skills in German.
