The Role
- Develop scalable backend systems with Python, focusing on APIs, services, and integrations.
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable services for real-world traffic.
- Formulate clear, pragmatic solutions for complex technical requirements.
- Continuously improve testing, CI/CD, deployment processes, performance, observability, and code quality.
- Actively contribute to architecture, system design, and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate closely within a team to build sustainable and robust systems.
What You'll Need
- Several years of experience in software development with Python.
- Strong commitment to clean code, testing, and maintainability.
- Hands-on mentality combined with technical foresight, going beyond simple ticket processing.
- Excellent understanding of backend development and modern architectures.
- Experience with Django, PostgreSQL, Docker, Grafana, and Linux.
- Proficiency in CI/CD, automation, and Git-based workflows.
- Ownership, technical depth, and a willingness to take responsibility.
- Very good language skills in German and English (at least C1 level).
