Clawfinger, our hardware connectivity layer, has crossed 1,300+ skill downloads.

The Role

We are looking for an AI Development Manager to lead the next phase of engineering and product execution across Trac AI Box, Intercom, Clawfinger, and Sloppr AI. This is an entry-level management role designed for a technically strong individual ready to step into their first leadership position inside a serious AI infrastructure company.

You will work directly with our CEO and CTO, Markus Bopp, embedded in a team that ships faster than most companies three times our size. Everything is async-first, documentation-driven, and built for remote from day one.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate development sprints across Trac AI Box, Intercom, Clawfinger, and Sloppr AI
• Manage delivery timelines and keep engineering velocity at the pace the market demands
• Bridge technical execution with business priorities across enterprise and retail product lines
• Support onboarding of new engineering contributors and maintain documentation standards
• Track product milestones, surface blockers early, and keep the founding team informed
• Contribute to roadmap planning for agent communication infrastructure and hardware connectivity
• Run async standups, sprint reviews, and cross-team coordination across time zones

What We Are Looking For

• 2–4 years in software development, product management, or technical project coordination
• Solid understanding of AI, agent systems, or developer tooling — you know what you are talking about in a technical room
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing details in a remote environment
• Strong async communication skills — you write clearly and document everything
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where priorities can shift overnight
• Familiarity with open-source ecosystems, GitHub workflows, and developer communities
• Ability to work across time zones — our team spans Europe, Asia, and the Americas

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar)
• Knowledge of Bitcoin, crypto infrastructure, or Web3 developer ecosystems
• Prior experience at a pre-revenue or early-stage deep tech company
• Contributions to open-source projects (show us your GitHub)
