Software Developer Backend & 3D (m/w/d) for Lighting Control Systems

Description

• Independently implement new features based on requirements defined within the SCRUM process
• Act as a technical contact for the Product Owner during requirement specification
• Develop a high-performance, intuitive 3D editor solution that makes planning, commissioning, and maintenance of the world’s largest lighting projects easy for our customers
• Design system architectures as part of a team and document them
• Continuously improve the quality of our software

Requirements:

• Several years of development experience using an object-oriented programming language in the backend (e.g. C#, Java, Go, Rust)
• Experience developing with or working on 3D engines such as Unity, Unreal, or Godot, and familiarity with DirectX or Vulkan
• Solid professional experience in software development
• Experience in designing architectures within a team and documenting them
• Curiosity and willingness to learn complex topics and new technologies
• Comfortable using, adapting, and extending build infrastructure
• Strong team spirit and passion for collaborative software development
• Proficient in Git or another version control system
• Independent working style with a strong focus on quality
• For you, a task is only complete when it includes automated tests and proper documentation
• You consistently apply SOLID principles in your implementations
• Good German and English skills
