About The Role We are seeking a skilled Softwareentwickler (m/w/d) to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality software solutions utilizing modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, PL/SQL, ORDS, or Elm.

Your work will involve translating complex requirements into functional applications, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. You will have the opportunity to influence architectural decisions and participate in technology selection, contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes. The role offers exposure to a variety of projects across different sectors, providing a stimulating environment for professional growth and technical mastery.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have at least three years of professional experience in software development, with a strong foundation in IT-related education or training. You should possess solid expertise in agile development methods such as Scrum and Kanban, along with experience in requirement gathering and direct communication with clients.

Proficiency in modern development tools, frameworks, and languages is essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a responsible and structured approach to work, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. Good German language skills are required, with basic English proficiency as a plus.

A keen interest in continuous learning and technological innovation is highly valued.
