Software Engineer - Algorithm & System Development (m/w/d)

Aufgaben Design, develop, and maintain the system layer serving as the framework for algorithmic functions in the space domain

Analyze and resolve performance issues through structured root cause analysis

Implement, enhance, and validate correction and integrity algorithms

Define and document algorithm specifications (e.g., DPM, DOORS)

Perform simulation-based testing to verify functional and performance requirements

Plan, execute, and evaluate laboratory and field tests Qualifikationen Studies in Space Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or a similar qualification

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (requirements, design, testing, metrics, and version control workflows)

Solid background in navigation systems;

experience with correction and integrity methods is a plus

Proficiency in C/C++, Python, Linux, and development tools such as GitLab and Jenkins

Familiarity with GNSS concepts

Good knowledge of signal processing and navigation algorithms

Experience in the space sector is a strong advantage
