The Role
- Take on responsibility from day one and grow with the company
- Work hands-on, writing high-quality code
- Explain technical concepts clearly to clients and colleagues
- Analyse client challenges and design pragmatic solutions
- Implement solutions in various tech stacks, including Java/Kotlin, C#, React, Vue, or Angular
- Collaborate with a team of 4-5 engineers on client projects
What You'll Need
- Initial experience with at least one of the company's tech stacks (Java/Kotlin/C# for backend, JS Single Page Framework for frontend)
- Openness and motivation to deepen existing knowledge and learn new technologies
- A passion for coding combined with a consulting mindset
- Ability to clearly explain the value of technical work to others
