• *The Role
• Lead operational test management, ensuring structured, efficient, and quality-assured test execution across all stages.
• Plan and control testing activities for products, from concept creation to execution and transparent result tracking.
• Work hands-on with testing frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Selenium, JUnit) and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize and ensure quality through close collaboration with developers, promoting testability, clean code, and TDD approaches.
• Validate, plan, and implement measures to increase test case automation, especially in backend and API environments.
• Document test results clearly and precisely, creating reports and release recommendations for stakeholders.
• *What You'll Need
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field with 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
• Ideally, ISTQB certification (Foundation or Advanced Level).
• Solid knowledge of Java development, ideally with Spring/Spring Boot and Angular, plus proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JS).
• Experience in application management with CI/CD environments (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
• Proficient in moderation techniques and agile project management methods, with tools like Jira and Confluence.
