Solution Architect and Sub-Project Lead | Germany

We're seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join a leading global IT service provider, renowned for its expertise in SAP solutions and commitment to innovation. The Role

• Advise mid-sized customers on SAP S/4HANA implementation and conversion projects.
• Design and model business processes, orchestrating technical solutions and data models.
• Support the technical leadership of project teams and ensure successful, integrated core process implementation.
• Maintain expertise in relevant SAP solutions, products, and their integration points, staying current with the SAP product portfolio.
• Assist in planning and coordinating the entire project lifecycle, from prepare to run phases.
• Synchronize and integrate workstreams to create consistent and comprehensive solutions.
• Support sales and pre-sales activities, including proposal creation and customer presentations.

What You'll Need

• At least three years of experience in SAP consulting, ideally across multiple modules/business areas.
• Strong comprehension of business, process-oriented, and technical integrative aspects of SAP solutions.
• Experience in the conceptualization and implementation of SAP solutions, particularly with S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to lead sub-projects or workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with a professional demeanor.
• Willingness to travel 2-4 days per week to client sites as project situations demand.
