Solutions Developer / Manager| Robotics & Automation
I’m working with a fast-growing robotics start-up that is looking for an experienced Solutions professional to join the team.
They’re building technology designed to tackle challenging automation problems in real-world operational environments, and this person will play a key role in connecting customer needs with technical solutions.
Your responsibilities will include
- Understanding customer operations and developing tailored solution concepts
- Working closely with engineering, commercial, and operational teams to deliver customer projects
- Translating customer challenges into clear technical requirements
- Supporting projects from initial concept through implementation and beyond
- Identifying new use cases and opportunities for the technology
- Coordinating multiple stakeholders and keeping projects moving forward
What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally have 3 years of experience within intralogistics, logistics consulting, fulfilment, warehouse operations, automation, or a similar environment.
You should also bring
- A strong understanding of logistics and operational processes
- Confidence working with both customers and technical teams
- The ability to simplify and communicate complex technical topics
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
- Experience with layouts, CAD, simulation, or similar tools is a bonus
- Professional fluency in German and English
- A genuine interest in robotics and emerging automation technologies
- Flexibility to travel as part of the role
